THE MOTIVE

SCREEN GRABS

OPPORTUNITY

Create a humorous, approachable web video to launch Intel’s PC.com website. Comfort and engage first-time PC users by announcing a site where they can get all the information they need, in laymen’s terms, to make computing a breeze.

THE IDEA

Dramatize, in comedic fashion, the clash between the digitally savvy, and those who require a bit more hand-holding.

Introduce a recurring character, IT Girl, an eight-year-old resident PC expert for her family. Her family struggles with computer problems daily, and she’s had it with their constant demands. But thanks to PC.com, her problems – and theirs – are solved.
